InkSlate ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we handle your data.

Data Collection

InkSlate stores your data locally on your device. We collect and process:

• Notes, journals, todos, recipes, places, and other content you create
• Photos you attach (with your permission)
• Calendar data (only if you grant calendar access)
• App preferences such as folder selection and menu order

Data Storage & Sync

• Local storage: Your data is stored on your device using Core Data
• iCloud: Optional sync across Apple devices via CloudKit using your Apple ID
• We do not store your data on our own servers

Third-Party Services

Apple In-App Purchase: If you buy InkSlate Pro, Apple processes payment. We do not receive your payment card details. Purchase history is tied to your Apple ID.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data. Your data stays on your device and in your iCloud account.

Data Deletion

Use Factory Reset in Settings → Danger Zone to permanently erase all app data. Deleting the app removes local data.
